Refund Policy

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as photographic equipment failure or inclement weather that prevent KS STUDIO from conducting a scheduled shoot, the client will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund. However, it is important to note that no refunds will be issued if the client fails to attend the shoot at the scheduled date and time. KS STUDIO maintains a strict no refunds policy due to the irreversible nature of digital photography. If a client purchases an incorrect photo, they must notify KS STUDIO before receiving the incorrect photograph. Refunds will not be granted for any other reason.
